Conventional medicine generates over a trillion dollars a year by prescribing patented drugs and costly, dangerous and invasive diagnostic and surgical techniques. There is a place for these approaches; I recommend and use them myself when appropriate. The word I want to stress here is "appropriate." While conventional physicians would disagree with me, natural therapies are appropriate most of the time; and in most cases, instead of surgery and prescription drugs, they should be the first approach to treating disease. Scientific literature abounds with research that supports the validity of lifestyle changes, a nutritional diet, regular exercise, vitamin and mineral supplementation, and herbal therapies - reams of information that is ignored by conventional medicine. These approaches are not taught in medical school or used on a regular basis by conventional practitioners. Preventive medicine starts BEFORE any sign of disease, with the specific intent of avoiding the disease - in part or completely. The prevention and treatment of many common chronic diseases often needs only changes in lifestyle and the appropriate use of nutritional supplements. If you want to be healthy, you have to live a healthy lifestyle. In this special report, I'll share over 20 years' experience. It will give you a framework for achieving optimal health by means of natural, noninvasive therapies which have been tested and, in many cases, scientifically proven to be effective. A few of them require a physician's prescription, but most of the nutrients I recommend can be found in health food stores and pharmacies in your neighborhood. [From the Author's Introduction]
